The Outpak Corrugated Washout is the choice for you when pouring a concrete job. Per local, state, and federal environmental regulations, it is critical to ensure that concrete run-off waste from cleaning your tanks, chutes and tools don’t get into the groundwater or sewer system. Otherwise, you could face fines from EPA or OSHA or your local municipal authorities. These types of fines could possibly cripple a company!

The Outpak Corrugated Washout is portable, easy to setup, and cost effective. It is made from heavy-duty, 350 # water-treated Kraft fiberboard so that it is light and durable yet folds flat for easy transportation and storage.

The heavy-duty, water-treated, Kraft fiberboard that the corrugated washout is made from is durable enough to be left outside in the elements for the duration of short- to medium-term projects. The Outpak Corrugated Washout has some structural integrity and won’t fall apart if you leave it outside for a couple of weeks. You can even mix your concrete in it. If rain is expected, the poly bag can be tied closed, so the washout material won’t take on additional water and extend the evaporation time.

When you are setting up any kind of concrete washout, remember that it must be located at least 50 feet away from any storm drains, open ditches or other flowing water. It is designed to be a portable, EPA-friendly solution for containment of hazardous construction site washout material such as: concrete, sediment, paint, drywall mud, stucco, and mortar. At a job site, the last thing you want to worry about is setting up a complicated washout for equipment and tools. The 4 x 4 size fits a standard pallet, and the unit can be loaded into a flat bed or dump truck for disposal.

There are sizes for both mixer and pump trucks and can be used to wash off your tools including wheelbarrows. Dispose of after evaporation and job completion.

It is made from heavy-duty, woven polypropylene with a polyethylene liner that shrugs off the worst of climates but is still light weight and durable. Additional features include 5 to 1 safety rated lifting straps and attached rain fly. Folds flat for easy storage. It is designed to be a portable, EPA-friendly solution for containment of hazardous construction site washout material such as: concrete sediment, paint, drywall mud, stucco, and mortar.

The Outpak All-Weather Washout, like the Corrugated Washout, is simple to deploy but can sit on your job site through the duration of your project and the worst weather you can encounter. Its patent pending folding design allows it to be stored flat in the back of a pickup truck or strapped to the side of a mixer or pump truck.
