Compost Filter Socks

Filtrexx® SiltSoxx™, compost filter socks, are tubular mesh fabrics filled with certified Filter Media™ designed to support sediment control in place of silt fence, straw wattles and hay bales. The Filter Media™ is composed of composted hardwood that has been aged, screened and engineered to achieve the optimum flow through rate and optimum sediment removal rate. Some applications include curb inlet/outlet barrier, concrete washouts, ditch check dams, diversion dikes, slope interruption, perimeter control and sediment traps.
