Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping: We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse in Katy, Texas via Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS and other major freight carriers, such as AAA Cooper, Southwestern Motor Transport, etc. All shipping charges will be prepaid in full by credit card and added to the invoice. Merchandise temporarily backordered are shipped immediately upon arrival to our warehouse and additional freight charge may occur. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including fuel surcharges and/or additional services. Shipping applies to regular ground shipping and within the 48 contiguous United States only. Other charges will apply if you need items shipped next day air or second day air. You own your merchandise in transit and therefore are responsible for filing any damaged claims with the freight company.

 

Length of Delivery Time: For in-stock orders and orders placed by 2:00 p.m., we usually ship the same business day. Any orders placed after this time; your order will ship the next business day. We ship everyday Monday through Friday, except national holidays. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. Should there be any issue with your order, contact our warehouse at 281-717-8921 within 48 hours.

 

Cost of Shipping: Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and on the destination zip code. A quotation for shipping is provided when you choose "checkout" from the cart page.

 

Return Policy for Standard Returns: All merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt and in the original, undamaged packaging. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition, meaning that the merchandise cannot have been used, modified, repaired, altered, damaged installed or reconditioned in any way. The returned merchandise must be a regularly stocked item(s) - except for the items in the “Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items” list below. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Each return is subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot take back used products or product packaging that is not re-stockable. The purchasing party is responsible for any and all shipping costs both ways. Any goods returned after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items: 

•  Erosion Control Blankets (excelsior, coconut, wood fiber, wheat, straw - coir logs, mats, wattles)

•  Safety Fence (woven barrier, orange or green plastic, heavy duty diamond)

•  Silt Fence (fabric rolls, wood staked, wire backed)

 

Other Types of Returns: Please note that no returns will be authorized on any product that is custom, specially manufactured, or built to order. All sales are final on custom orders.

 

Damaged Items/Shortage Claims:  It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all orders / items for shipping damage or shortage upon shipment arrival. Claims of items missing from a shipment or damaged in transit must be reported within five business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please verify that you have received all items on the packing list that is provided with your order. If a damage or shortage has occurred, please note this on the delivery receipt and notify our office within 48 hours. 

 

Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange a returnable item for another product from our warehouse, we will be glad to help you arrange this. In most cases the restock fee will be waived when exchanging items directly with our warehouse; however, you will be responsible for return shipping. All items being returned or exchanged must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

 

Damaged, lost, or incorrect merchandise: In the unfortunate event of items damaged or lost during shipping, or the incorrect items sent, we will arrange to have the items picked up and new replacements sent at no cost to you. To report damaged, lost or incorrect items, please contact our warehouse at 281-717-8921. Important: Shipping damage, lost or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of the scheduled date of delivery.

Backorders: If the item(s) that you wish to order is backordered, you can still place the order on our website, unless it is an item(s) the specifically specifies it is available for in store purchase (pick-up) only. We will work to obtain your backordered item(s) as quickly as possible. Your item(s) will be reserved for you and will ship to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
