Indemnification and Hold Harmless

Silt Management Supplies shall not be held liable for damages or loss to the purchasing party or any other person(s) due to improper installation or application of the products purchased from Silt Management Supplies. The purchasing party shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Silt Management Supplies and its owners, agents and employees against any loss, damage, claim, suit, liability, judgment or expense.
