Woven Monofilament Geotextiles offer a wide variety of uniquely designed fabrics to meet today’s requirements for filtration, separation and erosion protection. Woven monofilament geotextiles are manufactured using high strength UV stabilized yarns and designed to meet specific characteristics required for today’s engineering challenges. In addition, monofilament fabrics provide exceptional consistency in water flow properties.
The LM2199 Woven Monofilament Geotextile Fabric is composed of high-tenacity monofilament polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a stable network such that the yarns retain their relative position.
LM2199 Woven Monofilament Geotextile Fabric resists ultraviolent deterioration, rotting, biological degradation and resists naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. LM2199 meets AASHTO M288-06 Class 2 and 3 for < 50% elongation and 15% to 50% and > 50% fines for Subsurface Drainage and Permanent Erosion Control.
